About the cooperation

The cooperation between PwC and 365 started in 2006. The company was looking for ways to improve the mental and physical resilience of its employees and to thus strengthen the organisation. The EngagementScan was the starting point. We used this scan to check not just physical health, but also talents, motivation and sources of energy. In the years that followed, a number of employees were offered interventions on an individual basis. Examples are 365/KeurCompany programmes aimed at exercise, nutrition and lifestyle for people with unhealthy lifestyles. In this way, PwC has focused successfully on engagement and on improving the enduring employability of its people for years now.
