Rockwool and 365 have worked together intensively for many years. 365/KeurCompany introduced the first Preventive Medical Examination in 2007, and some 300 people still participate in it every year. We combined the examination with the EngagementScan. It all revolves around the people, looking at the mental aspects in addition to the physical ones. That is where the key to engagement is: improved enjoyment and involvement at work. 365 recommended the 365/KeurCompany ‘BRAVO’ lifestyle programmes. These comprised interventions in terms of Exercise, Smoking, Alcohol, Nutrition and Relaxation ('BRAVO' is the Dutch acronym). Furthermore, a special balance-theme day was organised for the employees, and a stress-detection training for the managers. The result: healthy, enduringly employable employees.
